New Website Requirements for Condominiums July 1, 2018

New Florida Statutes have made websites a necessity for all Florida Condominiums with 150 units or more. All Condominiums with 150 units or more must have the following information stored on a secured portal on their website by July 1st, 2018. Some examples of the items that are required to be posted on your community website are:
a. The recorded declaration of condominium and each amendment.
b. The recorded bylaws of the association and each amendment
to the bylaws.
c. The articles of incorporation of the
association d. The rules of the association.
e. Any management agreement, lease, or other
contract. Summaries of bids for materials, equipment, or services must be maintained on the website for 1 year. f. The annual budget g. The financial
report h. The certification
of each director i. All contracts j. Any contract or
document regarding a conflict of interest k. The notice of any
unit owner meeting and the agenda for the meeting l. Notice of any
board meeting, the agenda, and any other document required for the meeting
